Plain-language draft for MicroHom. This is not a contract written by a lawyer.
MicroHom is software for looking at public parcel records and sketching a housing idea. It is not a contractor, architect, engineer, broker, or government agency.
MicroHom does not take payments, hold money, or move money. There is no checkout on this site. A feasibility link leaves this site.
The site does not show homeowner names, mailing addresses, or the homeowner exemption. If a county layer publishes those fields, they are left out of the request.
Parcel shapes and facts come from the county GIS service named on the parcel page. Hazard rows name CAL FIRE, FEMA, or Los Angeles County when those layers are the source. Imagery is Esri World Imagery unless you switch to U.S. Geological Survey National Map imagery, which is public domain. Each page that uses a number names the source. A figure marked “not yet sourced” is not an estimate.
Assessed values are Proposition 13 assessed values from the county roll. They are not a sale price and not a market value.
Nothing on this site is an approval, a permit, or an endorsement by a county or city.
