MicroHom

Privacy

What this site stores, who processes it, and how to delete it.

MicroHom does not sell personal information. It does not handle payments. It does not collect homeowner names from county layers.

Account

If you ask for an email sign-in link, Supabase (the processor, on project htpnfqjxjuowuqfvsojk, shared with chrismai.ai) stores your email and a session. The sign-in metadata can include the name, role, county, and organization you typed. After the link opens, this site writes a row in mh_profiles with your display name, role, California county, organization, and whether you opted into the public directory. The directory opt-in is off unless you check it. The public directory shows only that opt-in, and it does not show your email or account id.

What else is stored

  • Join requests: email, name, role, county, organization, message, and the page you submitted from.
  • Suggestions: the page path and the text you wrote. A signed-in suggestion also stores your account id.
  • Saved parcels: county, APN, a label, and an optional note.
  • Saved designs: a title, the county and APN if the plan has them, and the plan JSON.

Plans and searches you do not save stay in this browser. Parcel queries go to county servers, or through this site’s cache in front of those servers. That cache stores the public GIS response, not your account.

Deletion

The account page has “Delete my account data.” It deletes your profile, saved parcels, and saved designs, then signs you out. Join requests and suggestions are insert-only from the site, so email [email protected] to ask for those rows, and for the sign-in email in the shared account system, to be removed.
